(b. 1996) is a fine arts photographer who received her BFA in Photography from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2018. She was born and raised in Woonsocket, Rhode Island.
Her work is crucially influenced by the loss of her mother. These images culminate to express ideas surrounding entropy, grief, identity, maternal care, and nostalgia. Her work was born as a method to reconcile the pieces of herself that her mother cultivated. Pieces which are both cherished and rejected, often simultaneously. Amy's image making fluctuates through what exists internally that her mother is responsible for, and what exhibits itself externally in spite of her absence.
